Good food and amazing decor. The location was also very convenient - close to major tourist attractions and public transportation.
Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail. The staff was not well-trained and made several mistakes during our stay.

This hotel is an exquisite gem that exceeded all our expectations. the luxurious amenities in the room and private facilities were top notch and met all our needs. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, making us feel like royalty.
The only minor issue we had was with one of the meals. Despite the Venetian and Thai menu options, one dish didn't hit the mark for us.

Enjoyable weekend in a beautifully renovated palace. the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. the room was well-appointed and the bathroom was spacious. the location was great, easy access to all the sights and attractions of the city. the breakfast was a good start to the day and the terrace by the water was a nice touch.
The service could have been more attentive and some of the amenities could have been improved. the air conditioning was temperamental and difficult to regulate.
